When you use the contact form, we process your email address and message (required), and optionally your name, telephone number and subject, to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries) or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where you are taking steps before entering into a contract. Your details are processed by our self-hosted Go contact service and submitted to the local Postfix mail server. Depending on delivery, other email providers may be involved. We do not use these messages for advertising.
Enquiries are deleted once they have been handled unless legal retention obligations or another lawful reason require continued storage.
To deliver and protect this website, our server may process connection information such as IP address, request time, requested URL and browser details (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log entries are retained only as long as necessary for secure operation. The contact service also uses an IP-based rate limit to prevent abuse.
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out by the contact service.
